Durch die gewählten Reiseziele wird der Nutzer über interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten informiert, auf attraktive Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aufmerksam gemacht und mit anderen nützlichen Informationen bedient.
Firmen, Vereine, Organisationen und Privatpersonen haben die Möglichkeit auf der bestehenden Infrastruktur eine eigene APP inkl. geschütztem Kommunikationstools zu lancieren. Dies ermöglicht Kooperationen mit lokalen, nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen und Organisationen. Zudem ist carbon-connect AG Offset- und Kooperationspartner bei www.mymobil.green. Diese von myguide.city lancierte Initiative gibt allen Mobiltelefonnutzern die Möglichkeit, mit einem Klick ihr Mobiltelefon klimaneutral zu gestalten.
In Zusammenarbeit mit carbon-connect AG wurde für 2021 erstmals ein Corporate Carbon Footprint berechnet und die entsprechenden unvermeidbaren CO2-Emisisonen von myguide.city AG kompensiert, ausgeglichen und klimaneutral gestellt.
