MILO wurde 1994 mit fünf Mitarbeitenden gegründet und beschäftigt heute über 260 qualifizierte Fachkräfte. Das Unternehmen fokussiert sich heute auf drei Kundensegmente: Gesundheit & Soziales (Alters- und Pflegeheime, Arztpraxen etc.), Bewirtschaftungsfirmen & Eigentümer (Geschäftsliegenschaften und Immobilien-Unterstützung) und Verwaltung & Gewerbe (Mieter von Büroflächen).
MILO zeichnet sich, durch eine transparente Kunden- und Auftragsanalyse, klare Kommunikationswege, hoher Leistung und einem lösungsorientierten Team aus.

In Zusammenarbeit mit carbon-connect AG wurde für 2022 erstmals ein Corporate Carbon Footprint berechnet inkl. Scope 3 CO2-Emissionen, die nicht vermeidbaren CO2-Emissionen wurden über eine Investition in Klimaschutzprojekte vollständig kompensiert.

In collaboration with carbon-connect AG, MILO calculated its Corporate Carbon Footprint for the first time in 2022, including Scope 3 carbon emissions. The unavoidable carbon emissions were fully offset through investments in climate protection projects.
