
We too bear responsibility for a sustainable world
We always encourage our customers to communicate their sustainability efforts transparently and honestly. There should be no greenwashing or greenhushing. By following the motto "do good and talk about it", companies can increase their competitive advantage and become a source of inspiration for others, sometimes even entire industries.
Of course, we don't just want to preach this. Our company has its own footprint too, and we take responsibility for it. We publish our corporate carbon footprint annually, and our climate strategy is publicly available, too.
Everyone is welcome here, regardless of their gender, origin or sexual orientation. What matters to us is the individual and their unique abilities. We do not have gender quotas. This is not practical for a small company like ours, and what matters most to us is finding the right fit for the team on a personal level.
